  • Currently, I am leading the development of a global LMS platform for our customers. Strategy includes, but is not limited to, free and paid models, lead generation, varying levels of access, providing a seamless interaction between other platforms, and creating an exceptional online and offline experience.
  • Initiated local automation solutions across the purchase-to-pay process and for supply chain invoicing. The solutions are now adopted globally.
  • Significant optimizations for our sales teams, with automation in route and territory planning, CRM improvements, business intelligence tools, etc.
  • Substantial savings were achieved with newly designed hardware to support the rollout of software solutions in the industrial sector.
  • Reimagined the traditional service model with simple, but highly effective digital solutions that I had customized using consumer-oriented social media tools. This was a significant strategy change for a very conservative 100-year-old manufacturing company, and it has been rolled out globally. This new model encourages self-help, then remote service as the primary pathways for assistance, vs. face-to-face being the default method.
  • Ecolab has launched & acquired new SaaS platforms over the last two years, and my role has included supporting the successful trials and rollouts. I am also the key lead in determining the new digital roles required as we scale. E.g., Customer Success Managers. Implementation teams and Digital Sales Accelerators.
