My career across many hands-on Instrument Technician roles, to then developing as a Floor Coordinator has provided me with a wide range of experience and knowledge, that I believe brings a unique sense of leadership and performance when working across multiple sites. I am client focused and pride myself in always delivering the very best that I can. I am an excellent communicator, I find it easy to identify problems and problem solve solutions in a timely manner. I am a natural leader who enjoys working as part of a team, but also excels working independently. No challenge is too great.

- Assisted new policies and procedures for the department and created position descriptions for each work area
- Validated new batch washers, low temperature plasma sterilizer and steam sterilizers and set up loan instrumentation checking area and compiled tray lists specific to each of the specialties
- Purchased new instrumentation almost single handedly for all specialties

Hobbies and Interests
I enjoy keeping fit. I spend most of my free time with my husband working on our property and gardens which I greatly enjoy. I enjoy spending quality time with my adult children, as well as taking time for my own self care in the means of reading , doing pilates & yoga.
