1.Soft hammer, Completed a project on a Soft Hammer with suitable material and dimensions. It was a group project with three team members. The material used was Brass, Nylon, and steel. This project was created on a LATHE Machine. Machine Condition and Monitoring, Analyzed the condition and monitoring of Epilog legend 36Ext laser cutting machine. Generate the raw data worksheet and FMEA based on the working of the machine. Then plan the maintenance programs, strategies, and actions against the failure.
2.Laser-cut mechanical hand, Manufactured a Laser cut mechanical hand which is a perfect desk-toy and was inspired to teach the Engineering mechanism behind it. The whole model is based on gears and cams rotation. Dxf. files were obtained from an engineering source and designed these Dxf. files in SolidWorks and studied its motion analysis.
3. Automated portable hammering machine, Designed an innovative hammering machine with portability to achieve accurate hammering repetition and impact. This new design produces a constant force which is operated by Arduino UNO Rev3. The model was designed and simulated in SolidWorks and some of its components such as the battery, microprocessor, DC motor, and motor driver were tested in Tinker CAD.
4.Project management of SRL (Suburban Rail Loop), Have managed the project of SRL with a team of university students. This is an assessment task, in which 5 different phases and 9 areas of the project were prepared. Worked with team to prepare a report for SRL project.
