  • Provide support and services to clients by their current care plan, which promotes the individuals being actively engaged in their own lives
  • Provide a personal care service tailored to the needs of individuals which may include hygiene maintenance, food preparation, and transport
  • Working as a team to engage the clients in outdoor activities that provide social-interactions as well as personal encouragement to the clients
  • Helping clients they require to accomplish daily tasks, including bathing, eating, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom
  • Helping the participants to improve their daily life activities
