At Centacare North Queensland, I enhanced visitor experiences by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and efficiently handling inquiries. Demonstrated ability in office equipment maintenance and exceptional attention to detail, contributing to optimal operational flow and customer satisfaction. I had always shown strong communication and interpersonal skills, eager to learn and develop within professional environment. Contributes to smooth and efficient office workflow by handling phone calls and appointments, while developing organisational and customer service skills in administration role. Moving on for the 4 month period of working at Zarrafass I had an outgoing and positive attitude with excellent interpersonal communication strengths. Solid experience of handling and dealing with the process of customers payments, handling food with care and preparation while meeting customer demands with a well-organized mentality. Excelling in fast-paced, customer-centric environment, developed skills in time management and teamwork.
