• Sourcing fabric and trims for development as per buyer demand and we will make some sample as per buyer demand.
• We collect consumption from cad and SMV from IE to make costing.
• Make costing for all Style and price negotiate with buyer .
• We arrange a risk analysis meeting with our technical team.
• We input this confirm order in the ERP system and make a TNA and BOM sheet and make plan.
• We arrange wash approval, shade approval and dry process approval from buyer.
• We book cargo and communicate our CNF
• We open all BTB on time by our commercial.

• Duties/Responsibilities Price negotiation with Buyer.
• Coordination with other department for smooth shipment.
• Corresponding with the buyers/buying house about pricing, delivery status, market information etc.
• Wash flow up with dry process and wet process
• Close follow up of new development.
• Prepare the production planning and T&A chart to ensure on -time shipment.
• Ensure the quality of product as per buyer' requirement - Arrange Pre-production meetings between the factory productions team & Buying house .
• Ensure all accessories are in house prior to production. - Follow up the commercial documentation task such as back to back L/C, Invoice, B/L etc. - Follow up the payment negotiation.
