I am a Bachelor of Nursing Student in Flinders; I completed my placement in the nursing home and hospitals@ at New Royal Adelaide Hospital (general surgical ward ‘stroke'). I do the job as a nursing assistant in Healthcare Australia (HCA) for over 12 months. My on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities; I also have a solid educational foundation and a passion for nursing. Also, I have experience doing PCA for over 12 months in a nursing home. I worked as an assistant in nursing in women's and children hospital many times to look after kids.
