Led the adoption of Agile and Scrum as part of New Ways of Working transformation at ANZ. Coached development team and product owners on Agile principles, Scrum and Kanban practices, and usage of JIRA and confluence as tools to implement Scrum artifacts such as product backlog, Sprint backlog, Definition of Done.
