Achievements

• Played a key role in extending the fleet maintenance scope to include material handling equipment, such as forklifts and cranes.
• The workshop was granted to use Mercedes Benz diagnostic tool as a result of having myself as a Mercedes CDT (certified diagnosis technician), which extended our fleet maintenance contract to include Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Demonstrate good communication and technical skills through the training conducted for all workshop team members (including managers, spare parts team, and mechanics) on new diagnostic and workshop management tools.

• Manage in-house service workshops for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Revise service reports and priorities further service actions to assure safety and high performance.
• Follow up company full range fleet PM and repairs as per manufacturer service schedule.
• Adjust and maintain workshop different KPIs.
• Optimize processes and workflows to assure proper ergonomics for new and existing service and production facilities including tools and operators’ motion using lean approaches.
• Issue Daily / monthly and annual reports to assure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness for different truck service departments personals.
• Provide details to support planning and department annual budget forecasting.
• Review customers’ feedback and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Calibrate and reprogramming Trucks body control modules ECU to interface between the truck and auxiliary electronic systems.
• Diagnose trucks’ faults and malfunctions and provide process-based solutions to tackle the problems.

• Maintain parts and supplies stock levels to assure parts and supplies availability at minimum cost.

• Established a PSM control system connecting the Mercedes trucks with third-party accessories. as concrete pump attachment and upgraded the control from a manual to a fully automatic control
• Seconded to a role as after-sales representative engineer in MCV KSA branch during 2014 which impacted positively on the company after sales reputation in KSA and increased the sale of new vehicles by 25% during 2014-2015.
• Developed a full visual digital archiving and indexing system for special tools.
