At Western Sydney University, I provided personalised assistance to a diverse student population, helping them navigate academic systems, access support services, and overcome individual challenges. This role required a deep understanding of student needs and the ability to adapt communication styles to suit different backgrounds and situations. Through this work, I honed key strengths such as empathy, patience, active listening, and creative problem-solving. I frequently supported students dealing with academic stress, unfamiliar processes, and personal difficulties, offering both practical solutions and emotional reassurance. These experiences have equipped me with the interpersonal and organisational skills necessary to guide individuals through complex systems with care and clarity. I am passionate about fostering positive, inclusive, and supportive environments and am committed to delivering service that is not only empathetic but also outcomes-focused and impactful.
