I have achieved a strong academic foundation by completing a Double Master's Degree program. I took a Career Break during this period because of the working rights limitation for International Students in Australia. I worked as a care giver in the disability and aged care sectors as I balanced with my post graduate studies.

Project Jaguar - Supported a major real estate company in Kenya to sell a stake of its business which was used for an equity buy out and injecting cash equity into the business

Project OBUL - Supported a Tier II bank in Uganda in raising primary equity capital to strengthen its capital position against Bank of Uganda's regulations

Project Chui - Supported a USD 78m private equity fund domiciled in Mauritius with private unlisted companies across Kenya, Uganda and Ethiopia in exiting from a leading FMCG distributor in Uganda

Project Mafuta - Prepared a market overview on the Kenyan and Ethiopian downstream oil and gas sector for a Middle Eastern company looking to enter the region

Project Dawa - Sell side M&A advisory services involving a large pharmaceutical company in the UAE which sold 55% of its majority stake of a non core manufacturing plant based in Ethiopia in order for the Company to focus on its UAE business

Notable projects included:

Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB Bank) - I was among the team involved in the purchase price allocation valuation for KCB bank in its 85% acquisition stake of a bank based in the Democratic Republic of Congo

Confidential Client in Tanzania - I was involved in the impairment review of a client in the banking sector in Tanzania

OBUL - Business valuation of a Tier II bank in Uganda in preparation for capital raising
