During this period at Calvary Hospital, I have done Morning, afternoon and night shift.

As a Registered Nurse on site, I have been responsible for providing a quality nursing service that meets the needs of patients.

Admitting patient for their Pre -operative and taking care of them post - Operatively by making sure they get the best centered patient care and recover easily and quickly

• Coordinated care with physicians and other clinical staff to prepare for treatment, carry out interventions and enhance continuum of care to deliver comprehensive services.
• Administered oral, intramuscular and medications to patients and monitored responses.

• I was working as an RN with Resthaven Malvern. During this period at Southern Cross, I have done Morning and afternoon.
• As a Registered Nurse on site, I have been responsible for providing a quality nursing service that meets the needs of residents.
• I provide leadership and first line supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants including the allocation of duties.
• I carry out a comprehensive and accurate nursing assessment for Residents in needs.
• For Ex: during falls, difficulty breathing, injuries ..
• As a Registered Nurse on site, I arrange all resident's appointment if necessary, all INR and Blood booking and place Pharmacy orders when needed.
• Accompany doctors during their assessment I maintain accurate and legally appropriate documentation of resident's care.

• As a Registered Nurse on site, I have been responsible for providing a quality nursing service that meets the needs of residents.

• During this period I was working : Morning and Afternoons Registered Nurse In Charge Care Plan review I was Doing Registered Nurse Massage.

• During this Periodic I was working as Registered In Charged and doing some Enrolled Nurse shifts.
• I did Morning, Afternoons and Night shift in different Aged Care sites.

• I Did 2 Months Placement in Flinders Medical working in Radiology/Oncology / Palliative care Ward 2 Months Placements in Royal Adelaide Hospital working in Hematology/Oncology ward.

• During this period I was doing 1:1 with difficult patients EX; Dimented, Confused, Runners ...
