I moved to Melbourne in October and I'm planning on staying here for a long time. Im on my first year of the WHV. I am a an Enthusiastic Claim consultant/ analyst who examines claims, negotiates and processes settlements and verifies insurance coverage. I'm a attentive team player who consistently treats clients fairly and equitably. Motivated to succeed in fast-paced and deadline-driven professional environment.   • My main role is to deal with Provider claim queries. A normal day for me is half the day spent on the phone to provider's problem solving and fixing their patient claims, I spend the rest of my day efficiently processing claims for administration
  • Proficiency in processing public hospital,private hospital,access gap, medical eclipse and hospital eclipse claims.
  • Working closely with medical provider and government organisations to process claims and reviews
  • Managed large caseloads effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure prompt attention to urgent matters.

  • My main role on this project was the management of Landlord legal queries and legal notices in relation to the administration process of the client company.

    Project to facilitate a multinational Bank exiting the
    Irish market. Whilst on this Project I was part of

    needed, especially with the many ad hoc tasks
    within the Project. During time on this project I
    became a gold rated analyst and gained a small
