• Helped those just moving onto that high-level class at high school. I have done this as a part-time job to help my experienced tutor manage his large-sized classes. Which were divided among my past tutor and myself to manage an efficient teaching environment for the young students.

Leading a group of young people, aged between 12-15, and leading activities to keep them engaged for 2 hours per week on a weekly basis. This involves liaising with the young people, as sessions are based on their needs and wants in an effort to avoid antisocial behaviour in the area. I also manage confidential data and deal with conflict and challenging behaviours. This has helped me increase my communication skills and my abilities in leadership, as I successfully motivate staff and students. I’m also responsible for planning lessons, keeping records, and

marking and assessing work.
