I have 9 years of experience in leadership at Volkswagen, having acquired all the knowledge in process audits.
I started leading a process team with only 24 years old, taking care of over 65 people, and passing on all my knowledge and training in audits, work safety, and new machines that are done monthly.
I was responsible for the Housekeeping team in the workplace using the Toyota method and responsible for controlling the process using O.E.E (Overall Equipament Effectiveness) was responsible for the quality of the products, working directly with the Supply Chain from all work areas and quality drops in products I communicated with the quality team.
My team in 8 years of leadership, was considered the best team in the entire factory.
I participated in audit meetings on product quality every week and made reports of quality drops.
I have a lot of experience with Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, Housekeeping, CapDo's, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Ishikawa Fishbone Diagram, knowledge of corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance, and Knowledge of Robot Kuka.
