Marina Bayside Development, Taren Point NSW (Maritime Project $14,000,000.oo) Sept2021 - Current
- Liaised with Council members, consultants and external entities such as EPA, RMS and Fire and Rescue NSW to facilitate the approval and certification process prior, during and after projects completions.
- Compiled and coordinated consultants to amalgamate entity conditions within the final design documents allowing to prepare scope of works, contractual obligations and compliance matters to facilitate tender and informed decision-making processes.
- Coordinated with cross-functional teams to resolve civil and other design issues in Drystack boat storage and maintenance facilities to mitigate risks during the construction stage.
- Overseeing and monitoring the design and construction progress against established goals, in specific activities such as ground remediation, drainage, screw piling, dredging, retention sea structures, civil and utility works adjusting schedules and resources as needed to keep project on track.
- Reviewed construction tenders. Involved in negotiation and finalisation process with builders and subcontractors.
- Advised client on various design options while considering cost implications, helping them to make informed decisions about project scope and budget.
- Reviewing and approving construction progress claims to contractors, variations and other related documents. It also included to address and resolve contract disputes engaging contractors and provided advice to resolve issues.
- Preparation of costing and construction program execution reports, tracking progress of project expenditure.
- Managing commissioning and deliverables including liability periods and any process to achieve occupation of facilities.

- Managed the planning and procurement process for tree clearance, demolition works, remediation ground and the construction of residential allotments, drainage reserves, roads, drainage and utility infrastructure along with associated landscaping works.
- Collaborated closely with management team and consultant members to align project objectives and scope of works with strategic company initiatives, ensuring that efforts contributed to overall business growth.
- Oversaw the infrastructure construction process monitoring progress, identified risks in the deliverables and took corrective actions as required.

- Managed the pre-construction process for demolition works and site clearance prior handover to builder.
- Coordinated multidisciplinary consultant teams to compile DA conditions within the CC and final design documents allowing to commence construction and prepare scope of works, contractual obligations and compliance matters to facilitate tender processes.
- Reviewed construction tenders. Involved in negotiation and finalisation process with builder contract award.
- Overseeing and monitoring the construction progress against established program adjusting schedules and resources as needed to keep project on track.
- Reviewed and approved construction progress claims to contractor, variations and other related quality documents. It also included to address RFIs and resolve disputes engaging the contractor and provided advice to resolve issues.
- Developed strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication updates to discuss deliverables, fostering trust and confidence in the builder's ability to deliver results.
- Managed the OC process, strata provisions and final handover of the building.
