I am a final year law student at the university of Notre Dame studying a Bachelor of laws, full time. I am a passionate, dedicated and motivated law student who strives for exceptional work ethic. I am an experienced team leader and all rounder with a strong background in training new staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced restaurant. Demonstrated expertise in communication, problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail. Proven ability to handle financial transactions, manage time effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team. Eager to leverage these skills and experience in a law clerk, legal assistant or paralegal position, bringing a proactive approach and a commitment to supporting clients and contributing to a dynamic legal team. With a strong interest and a natural passion for helping people, it is reflected in my high level of empathy as I have unwavering commitment to assisting and enriching the lives of Australians. I am determined to be in a position to make a difference in people's lives and ultimately, treat clients the way I would want to be treated if I were to be in their situation. Besides university and work, I am a youth group leader at my church in which I have developed strong mentoring, organisational, and communication skills. As a youth group leader, my ultimate goal is to inspire and equip young people to lead meaningful lives rooted in faith and values. Myself alongside other leaders plan and lead activities, teach and discuss biblical passages and teachings to help the youth grow in their faith, building trusting relationships with youth and being a positive role model, providing moral and spiritual support, fostering a sense of belonging and community and also administrative duties such as managing schedules, budgets and communication with parents.
As the fourth year representative, my primary role is to keep my cohort informed about upcoming events, initiatives, and opportunities provided by the NDSLS. This involves maintaining regular communication, being approachable for questions, and collaborating with the committee to deliver timely and relevant information to my cohort. The main focus is encouraging my peers to engage with the society's activities.
