- Managing complex medical and Vascular patients with high level of care, including wound management, Drain management, Negative pressure wound management, IV cannulation, ECG, Bladder irrigation, Infusion device management including PICC, Infusaport, Deteriorate patient management

-Support other nurses, provide leadership and manage nursing teams as a team leader, Mentoring to Junior staff, Nursing students, and Graduate nurses

-Knowing information and clinical status of each patient specially following their care plans, and provide correct information to patients and their families Support patients to understand clinical changes, and educate them to seek help when need

-Maintain effective communication skills among patients, families, other nursing staff, VMOs and other multidisciplinary team members to provide quality and balanced patient centred care

-Good time management by prioritize individualised patient care, Decision making and problem solving skills, critical thinking skills to improve positive outcomes

- Continue Professional Development including ongoing education and training, understanding of risk management strategies, accurate documentation, Clear documentation, maintain safe clinical environment

- Understanding the importance of patient-focused and culturally sensitive care, Collaborate with other team members by delegating task to each individuals to manage busy shifts, and complex clinical tasks
