Initiated, built and led a thriving ecosystem of consulting/SI partner and ISV/technology partners in a newly defined market, increasing partner pipeline opportunities by 400% and shifting the CX partner model globally for Amazon Connect. Incubated new partner programs, scaling existing AWS partner engagements, field enablement and developing repeatable packaged solutions to solve customer problems which increased partner influenced revenue by 20%.
