Patient Service Officer | Current Work
• Serve as the initial point of contact for patients and visitors in the Emergency Department, ensuring clear and professional communication. Responsible for updating patient records, maintaining medical files, and managing the distribution of reports and medical documentation from relevant healthcare providers.
• Provide administrative coordination and support to both clinical and non-clinical teams, as well as to patients. Deliver customer service related to Medicare and non-Medicare billing, working in collaboration with the revenue department.
• Adhere to established service quality standards, and comply with workplace health and safety guidelines, to help maintain a safe and high-quality healthcare environment.
