Dinesh Pokhrel

First year Graduate Nurse with a experience in Medical, Surgical at Dubbo Base Hospital and rural/remote Nursing at Peak Hill MPS. After a Grad year, I bring a blend of clinical expertise and compassionate care, honed through six months of hands-on experience in the medical and surgical wards at Dubbo Base Hospital. During this time, I cared for patients with diverse health needs, from managing chronic conditions to supporting post-surgical recovery. My journey also took me to Peak Hill, where I spent six months embracing the unique challenges of rural and remote nursing. In this role, I provided holistic care to a tight-knit community, often working autonomously and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. I am passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of my patients by prioritizing dignity, privacy, and empathy in every interaction. With strong clinical skills, excellent communication, critical thinking and a genuine commitment to continuous learning, i am eager to contribute to a team that values quality, patient-centered holistic care through upholding professional values, codes, and ethics.
