  • In November 2002 RAMS outsourced the end-to-end serviceability and mortgage processing of its residential mortgage loans to Unisys Credit Services, Unisys assumed the management of the existing RAMS mortgage processing and servicing platform, including more than 220 personnel
  • Unisys also took over the outsourced operations of the RAMS contact centre for customers and originators, which is the primary contact point for customer inquiries, ranging from product information and interest rate changes to specific loan account queries
  • Unclaimed Monies is an annual process to remit unclaimed funds to ASIC
