  • Internal Instructional Cards - Guru Cards Developed and authored new Guru Cards for PTX agents across the Call Centre and Clinic, providing clear, step-by-step guidance on the role of the Crisis Intervention Team and how to raise wellbeing and welfare checks. Working closely with IT and internal stakeholders, I helped design and implement macros and follow-up email templates, as well as escalation workflows using side tickets and Slack notifications, ensuring agents could efficiently access clinical support and escalate concerns appropriately to our team.
  • Designed and implemented a Crisis Intervention Matrix for the Crisis Intervention Team By using Excel on a Google-based platform to monitor and track patient presentations, referral sources, clinical needs, interventions, and outcomes. This system provided real-time visibility of call and email volumes, case allocation, service demand across the organisation, and follow-up pathways, supporting effective clinical oversight, accountability, and service planning.
