Office Manager

  • Responsible for Emergency preparedness and coordination including induction of staff in emergency evacuation procedures
  • Fulfil the role of office First Aid Office and Fire Warden
  • Understand and comply with relevant EHSQ policies and practices as per EHS&Q Management Systems Manual
  • Carry our regular (at least every 6 months) EHSQ and Environmental inspections

  • Manage staff with regards to training, to ensure they are up to date
  • Provide JOPAC assistance to staff as required
  • Attend Production, SLT Meetings and take minutes as required
  • Manage staff travel arrangements including accommodation and car hire
  • Ensure catering is organised for training and/or events
  • Organisation of functions, both internal and external
  • Manage car park allocations for staff
  • Process payments for office expenditure for processing
  • Follow up overdue accounts
  • Arrange banking as required including accounts, petty cash, bank guarantees and manual cheques
