Providing accurate information about the features and pricing of products to customers.

· Handling cash andregisters.

· Ensure shelves are continuously restocked and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.

· Listen to customer feedback and pass it on to the store manager.

· Assist in dispatching online deliveries and handling inventory deliveries.

· Assisting with promotional events or sales campaigns, including setting up displays and distribution of promotional materials.

· Maintain accurate records of sales and assist in preparing sales reports.

• Greet and welcome guests or customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Address inquiries and provide information about services, products, or events.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Handling customer complaints directly or escalating to supervisors when needed.
• Maintain clean and well-organized production areas to avoid violations or unnecessary work delays due to hazards or inefficient layouts.
• Prepare shift summary reports for the supervisor and communicate regularly on goals and progress.
• Answered phone calls and directed them to appropriate personnel.

• Perform complex laboratory tests and procedures on blood and other body fluids according to laboratory policies.

Prepare samples and reagents for testing according to laboratory policies.

• Responsible for the accuracy, interpretation, and reporting of all test results according to laboratory policies.

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and quality control for all reagents.

• Keep accurate records of quality control, maintenance, and workload data according to laboratory policies.

• Refer problems and unusual results to appropriate individuals and document all corrective action procedures undertaken in the laboratory.
