  • Contract evaluation, and negotiation, including strategic agreements such as Non-Disclosure, Bidding Agreements, Memoranda of Understanding.
  • Participate in negotiation and management during Plan review meetings for participants in the care of Haven Care Australia.

  • Identification and resolution of main contractual issues, claims and disputes in accordance with contractual provisions, action plan definition, providing contractual clarification.
  • Manage the preparation of contract/ agreements documentation in cooperation with Haven Care Australia’s policies and procedures to ensure clarity of scope, requirements, project deliverables and timing in line with business objectives
  • Develop, recommend, and implement creative and innovative solutions to complex contractual issues

  • Ensure contractual/ agreement records and documentation are maintained (including contract correspondence, contractual/ agreements changes, status reports and other documents)
