  • This project is in Cronulla 800 meter from the Sea for a renowned developer in the shire area
  • Mixed residential with 112 units and with 3000 sqm of retail space with Harris Farm and 1500sq.m of commercial
  • 4 Level basement
  • The Project was on ECI which converted as a contract to decode
  • My Role as a design Manager was to de-risk the project, coordinated with the architects and consultants run design meetings
  • The Basement is built over Sydney water Asset so Coordinate for BPA approval and Water NSW approval
  • Value engineering, CC submission to avoid the October BCA amendment
  • Prepare Scope of works for consultants
  • Provide Letting advice
