  • The Helpdesk ticketing process is something like an automated ticket generation tool which provides tickets to the customers who are facing issues with that company’s product or service and needs a solution of that issue.
  • Helpdesk is the central unit of any business process company which helps to deal either with the customers or an
    end-user requires associated to queries, facilities, customer service, tech-support & other hassle related issues through providing a numerating token appeal procedure to enable chasing of reimbursement activities coordinate via an expertise crew.
  • The Helpdesk is providing tickets according to serial numbers, so the customer must have to wait for their turn to show their problem to the IT expert.
  • Main aim of the research is to design and develop the real-time ticket delivery service system which provides the alarms, reporting, notification to update to the stakeholder of the system and also resolve the network-based the issues which based by the IT support help desk during the ticket service.
  • Resolve the communication issues between peoples and computer system during the ticket management.
  • Provides the security and privacy and control the third-party access in the system.
  • Connecting to VoIP services in the real-time IT support services.


  • Programs must be installed on the server:
