Leadership Excellence:

  • Directing multiple teams of metrology engineers and suppliers to ensure seamless alignment, coordination, and cooperation to achieve successful qualification of metrology equipment.

Process Expertise:

  • Overseeing all aspects of metrology equipment qualification, from initial tool start-up to handover, including comprehensive evaluation and testing, fab and IT integration, automation, documentation, and final handover to operations.
  • Managing technology process transfer, qualification plans, and schedules to ensure timely and successful project execution.
