Since I was 22 years old, I have worked in various fields diligently and met various people. As a result, I have grown up by changing my personality from a little passive to an active one. First, I worked in a cafe in Myeong-dong, a busy and crowded area, I had experience making drinks with speed and accuracy.

• Strong background in customer service

For more than a year, I have been working at Starbucks and CJ Olive Young, one of Korea's leading companies, and have been deeply educated and practicing customer service.

• Friendly, polite and considerate

Since I was young, I have been taught basic things of caring for other people under my parents who value manners, and I have been able to get along with friends without problems while attending school, and I have learned how to first care and socialize with others by doing many part-time jobs.

While I don't have professional experience in Australia yet, With diverse cafe experience, I am proficient in beverage preparation, ingredient preparation, and understanding customers' basic needs, including an all-rounder position at Starbucks, which has helped me develop strong adaptability and work skills. Although my English is still improving, I am committed to learning quickly and confident in my ability to adapt. If given the opportunity, I will bring responsibility and dedication to the role.
