Domenica Papalia

Mawson Lakes,Australia

Summary

A brief overview;

I have been a registered pharmacist since 1987, in both the hospital and retail arenas. My resume details responsibilities, training and experience as a Pharmacist, followed by a very varied experience in running a successful consulting company for almost 10 years.

I became skilled at growing and expanding a business and all that it entails, and a very proud recipient of a nomination for Telstra Business Women’s award in 2011.

If I may address how I might be an asset to your team:

- Currently registered with AHPRA

- Current First Aid and CPR certificated, completed in November 2023. I also have a current Police Check and WWCC.

- Running a consultancy company meant full responsibility for all results. That meant strong organisational skills and attention to detail were essential for success. I am comfortable working in a self-directed manner and in teams.

- A strength (and most enjoyable) is customer liaison and forging strong relationships with customers/teams. I am comfortable and experienced in managing most customer reservations or enquiries with grace, and have excellent communication and listening skills with a strong capacity for compassion.

- In a previous role I was responsible for the accuracy of up to 500 medication packs per week serving various nursing homes and am very confident in my ability to perform medication checks.

- My working hours are flexible and willingly travel if necessary.

- I am bilingual (Italian) should the need arise.

The possibility of joining your team is exciting and am confident I can be asset, both as a team member and a resource.

Thank you for your time, if there are any requirements I have not addressed in resume, please contact me on 0400 497 711 or via email, Domenica.Papalia888@gmail.com.
