After transferring in 2011 to manage a shop team from a retail contact centre team, I was awarded multiple Shop Team of the Year awards for consistently exceeding target attainment across 9 key performance indicators in the areas of Membership, Insurance, Travel, Finance, Solar, Health & Mobility and Retail Products.

After seeing considerable growth in this product over the next couple of years, In 2018 I was able to implement the second site in the move to Elizabeth shop resulting in a 300% increase in turnover in the first 12 months.
