• In a fast-paced environment, I collaborate closely with medical staff and fellow security officers to ensure safety of staff, visitors and patients
• During my current tenure at the Alfred I have also been involved in the ID operations on a sporadic basis
• The role is about ensuring the right people have access to the right areas, which plays a big role in hospital security
• It's also a role that requires patience and strong communication, as I often assist staff who may be stressed or in a hurry
