As a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion specialist, I have had extensive experience in balancing both organisational strategy and priorities with people & culture needs throughout my career. A recent team restructure required me to take on a more generalist HR role with an opportunity to not only coach our junior office coordinator but consolidate all employee engagement programming. As well as undertake a strategic planning role for our Diversity, Equity and Inclusiveness plans.
My impact leading up to and including the short term in this role has been significant and a natural progression of my work. I am often described as someone who embodies the very spirit of Redbubble and lives our values daily. Within two months we have already seen a spike in employee engagement across all programs and an improved lived experience in regards to office happiness.
