My work has always centred on understanding people’s needs and responding to them with care, efficiency, and sincerity. I find great satisfaction in helping people succeed — whether that’s guiding them through a new process, solving a problem, or encouraging them to believe in their potential.

In addition to assisting friends and community members with resume writing, interview preparation, and job applications, I have hands-on recruitment experience as both a small business owner and an Operations Team Leader. I have reviewed resumes, conducted interviews, selected staff, and supported new team members through onboarding and training. This experience gives me a valuable perspective on what employers look for and how candidates can best present themselves — insight I am eager to share with WISE participants.

I am currently completing a Diploma of Library and Information Services, which reflects my love of learning, reading, and helping others. Although this is a different field, it strengthens my ability to connect people with resources and empower them to achieve their goals — values that align closely with WISE’s mission.

I hold a current Working with Children Check and a Victorian driver’s licence, and I am willing to obtain a National Police Check. I bring adaptability, resilience, and a strong growth mindset to everything I do. Above all, I approach my work with sincerity, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to helping others thrive.
