I am an adaptable and dedicated team member currently working in Land Tax within the Department of Customer Service.
My skills and experience are broad, and include having exeptional communication both written and verbal, the ability to assess, understand and apply complex legislation, to work autonomously and to contribute positively to the team. I offer support to new employees in a positive and approachable way. My current role requires the ability to prioritise competing deadlines, to meet very high quality assurance KPIs and to work with accuracy and efficiency whilst maintaining a positive demeanour to which I demonstrate each day.
