Yoga therapy for young people is a personalised approach that uses movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques to help manage anxiety, improve focus, build self-regulation, and support trauma recovery. I adapt each session to suit individual needs, fostering resilience, body awareness, and a sense of calm. My work empowers students to develop lifelong tools for managing stress and enhancing overall wellbeing.
