• Office and site meetings with Directors, construction managers, Operations managers, Builders/Owners, and site Supervisors regarding quality, scheduling, fixing estimating errors. And to sort out all the issues so both parties can reach to their finishing Goal.
• Site meeting with painters for Tool box/WH&S meetings, quality trainings, making sure they understand construction plan and colours selection and using the right paint brands as too builders paint policy.
• Working close with site supervisors to help them with their finishing dates and making sure controlling defects by other tradies.
• Monitoring office scheduling team and update them in daily bases in regard to commencing dates in every stage, making sure painters on all sites.
