• Lead, coach and manage team of marketing automation experts to deliver campaigns, journeys and optimise data-led marketing performance.

• Ensure data integrity is maintained and appropriate QA processes around the end to end campaign process.
• Apply appropriate pre and post campaign reporting to track the effectiveness of key campaigns and activities.
• Develop and share data & reporting providing insights into business performance against goals.
• Inform and influence customer contact strategies.

Working in unison with an AU based Release Manager and working alongside agile product development teams to deliver client facing software releases across the company's range of software catering for small businesses.
