His career path has traversed various roles in universities, residential colleges, and social organizations. He has devoted much of his work to creating programs that support students in all aspects of their lives, merging his educational insights with business acumen to develop effective strategies that have a tangible impact. Throughout his career, Dr. Arya has led initiatives addressing critical issues such as racism, domestic violence, and the unique challenges faced by students dealing with personal, social, financial, and academic difficulties.
