Haresh is an experienced and dedicated chiropractor who discovered his passion for chiropractic care during his first year of university after attending an inspiring health talk. Since that pivotal moment, he has been deeply fascinated by the dynamic nature of the human body and the significant role chiropractic care plays in enhancing overall well-being.
Specializing in spinal and extremity manipulation, Haresh employs a variety of soft tissue therapies, including Myofascial Release, Graston (IASTM), and Trigger Point techniques. He tailors exercise prescriptions and uses taping methods to optimize patient outcomes. Haresh is driven by the goal of identifying the root cause of musculoskeletal dysfunction, going beyond mere symptomatic relief. He believes in addressing the whole person, taking into account their lifestyle, habits, and overall well-being. His commitment to advancing his field is evident in his research, particularly in treating persistent concussion symptoms, where he has published several case studies that have won awards.
Haresh’s diverse background in various sports has given him a unique insight into the needs of individuals seeking chiropractic care. He has had the privilege of working with athletes representing New Zealand on the global stage, providing support and enhancing their performance. He has always been involved with sports chiropractic organisations, providing his time, expertise at sporting events and functions. He has made pivots in the sports chiropractic scene in New Zealand while being the president and has made considerable gains for the future generation.
