Earlier worked as a Technical Leader, Materials & Processes Department in Component Engineering in Rolls-Royce India, Bangalore for 3 years with mentoring 14 Engineers Team. Earlier worked as Senior Lead Engineer - Airframe at Materials & Processes Department in AIRBUS India for 6.5 years. Here I was handling Aerospace Materials & Components design, development and qualification, Manufacturing, Supplier’s development, Sourcing, Research and Development etc. Also lead a project team of 25 Engineers. Interfaced with European Engineering team, Organized Knowledge Sharing Sessions and Industry-Institution interaction, etc. As a knowledge platform Leader handled 400 employees. Previously I was working as Manager (Staff Engineer) – Materials at Bloomenergy for two years and as a Scientist and Asst.
