Summary

As an Intern and RMO at Blacktown-Mount Druitt Hospital I have proven to be a highly skilled and dedicated medical professional with strong background experience in various medical specialties. As a Resident Medical Officer at Western Sydney LHD, I will have gained extensive experience in Urology, Relief, Paediatrics, Gastroenterology, and Cardiology. During internship, I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams in Medical and Radiation Oncology, managed acute and chronic medical conditions in the General Medicine department, and successfully managed a high volume of tasks in the Orthopaedics department. I have been entrusted with peri-operative care and leading MET team responses and supervisors have provided positive feedback in terms of efficiency with clinical tasks, strong clinical knowledge and communication skills, as well as ability to work well within a team and appropriately seek senior support. I am attracted to become a physician as I enjoy the investigative and problem-solving nature of internal medicine, whilst working in acute and collaborative MDT settings where I can help to make a significant impact on patient care. I am eligible for registration with RACP upon offer of a BPT position and I strongly believe I would make a great addition to the BPT program.
