All aspects of general practice with an emphasis on chronic disease management and complex multi-morbid patients. Home visits for end of life and house bound patients. Local aged care facility ward rounds. Supervision of GP registrars at various stages of training, locally employed paramedics and nurse practitioners. Weekly on-call shift managing acute presentations requiring a decision to transfer to hospital or to manage locally.
18 hours per week. Out of hours GP covering the North Manchester area. I provided clinical advice to North West Ambulance Service Paramedics, District Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and Aged Care Facility Nurses. I did home visits for end of life patients, housebound patients and Aged Care Facility Patients.
General Practice work at Lancaster Medical Practice and Captain French Surgery Kendal with 18 months of hospital rotations in Paediatrics, Acute Medicine, Haematology, Psychiatry, Gynaecology and Obstetrics at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary.
All aspects of emergency medicine at an internationally renowned facility. I am comfortable managing high acuity adult and paediatric patients across a broad range of emergency presentations. Extensive experience of managing trauma calls and Resus section with high degree of autonomy.
