Dr Fajumi is a Senior Forensic Psychiatrist. She was employed by Hunter New England Mental Health as a staff specialist forensic psychiatrist from 2015 to 2025. She is a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists, and holds specialist medical registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency. Dr Fajumi completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) at King’s College, London, UK. She completed her post-graduate training in Psychiatry in Australia (Sydney) and Manchester UK gaining Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists UK in 2008. She completed her advanced training in Forensic Psychiatry in the Northwest of England in 2014.

She has a strong focus on team collaboration and adaptability to changing clinical needs.
