Designed and developed a Python-based AI-powered (NLP) document comparison tool for MGA Insurance Brokers, streamlining the renewal process by identifying critical wording changes across policy documents. Leveraged difflib, NLTK, Flask, PostgreSQL, and FLAN-T5 to compare documents in different formats, saving time and mitigating risks.

Designed and developed an application using Python and Streamlit to analyse unstructured insurance claims data. Applied text parsing and natural language processing (NLP) techniques to extract, categorise, and identify reasons, trends, and instances of policy abuse from the data. Built an interactive interface with Streamlit for users to explore the analysis results.
