I am a results-focused and effective leader who spent three decades with the major international professional services organisation, KPMG, based in Perth, Western Australia from 1997 leading its energy and natural resources, corporate finance, forensic services and National China Business teams (comprising c. 40 people) successfully for many years. During this period, I was fortunate to be mentored by the Hon Richard Court AC, former Premier of Western Australia. I have extensive experience in advising small to medium size enterprises from service companies to resources sector to professional services, infrastructure and manufacturing on business planning, strategic planning, organic and transactional growth, value creation, value protection and value realisation. I have been a highly visible and progressive leader in developing Sino-Australian business links and cultural relations. I have a long and deep track record of contributing in a meaningful way to not for profit organisations with a common theme of unity, social justice and community building.
