Victoria Park–Canning Level Crossing Removal Project – Project Overview (Summary): This is Perth’s first major elevated rail project, aimed at improving public transport safety, reducing traffic congestion, and creating new community spaces.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:

• Monitored the installation of linewide fiber backbone, MCR, ADSS, isolator cabinets, and OTF in line with PTA standards.
• Ensured on-site delivery and integration of systems like CCTV, SCADA, PA, PIS, UPS, and other LV electrical systems, per design.
• Supported the Senior Project Engineer in delivering safe, high-quality, and timely project outcomes.
• Led procurement, technical inspections, and compliance with relevant standards.
• Designed and reviewed temporary works and shop drawings.
• Managed work scheduling and coordination across multiple crews to minimize disruptions.
• Addressed quality, safety, and program risks, while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
• Supervised on-site activities, ensuring HSE compliance.
• Interpreted 3D Revitzo models for coordination across communications, civil, electrical, OLE, and architectural elements.

Worked on Australia’s first facility converting non-recyclable waste into renewable base-load power.

• Ensured site installation and integration of LV systems (CCTV, BAS, EACS, EWIS, PIS, RPS, UPS, etc.). Aligned with design.
• Reviewed and approved design documents, RFIs, and technical queries to support efficient delivery.
• Managed subcontractor coordination, quality plans, and environmental compliance.
• Monitored construction activities, advised on planning, materials, and systems implementation.
• Controlled costs, conducted site surveys, and provided recommendations for optimal electrical system placement.
• Prepared handover documentation and resolved punch list items post-inspection.
• Promoted strict safety adherence and effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Worked on NBN’s major upgrade program, transitioning FTTN/FTTC to FTTP for faster internet delivery.
