Summary

Throughout my career as a machine operator in various roles has given me the ability to consistently challenge myself and continually learn and improve with every day.

I love working in teams to achieve a common goal and a productive safe outcome for my team.

I love people and love bringing the best out of people and watch them improve.

I have extremely strong work ethics and have been in many leadership positions which have taught me communication skills and the the ability to be a chameleon in a team and source out an individuals specific way to engage.

I have been trained in this way many times by the government as a leader to bring the best out of some of the most difficult people.

I believe everyone has something to offer and I believe this is what has led be to become a successful machine operator and and easy person to work with.
