• As a vital member of our fulfillment center (FC) team, I ensure seamless inbound and outbound truck operations, act as a liaison between stakeholders, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize logistics efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Coordination and Communication:

• Manage end-to-end truck check-in/check-out processes at the FC, ensuring compliance with scheduling and safety protocols.
• Proactively communicate with internal teams (Outbound Dock, Network Operations Center) and external partners (carriers, truck companies) to resolve delays, update ETAs, and mitigate disruptions.
• Escalate critical issues (e.g., late arrivals, departures, or cargo discrepancies) to leadership.

2. Carrier Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers, addressing site-specific escalations related to pickup and delivery challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes, streamline processes, and strengthen partnerships.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Consolidate data from internal systems (e.g., Freight Management Centre, Yard Management System) to generate daily Customer Promise Time (CPT).

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Exceptional communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
